Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, Koudjay — Bambou Nwa Int., produced by Catulie by Carine Policard ("we," "us"). By buying a ticket you agree to these Terms.

Your ticket

• A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event on the stated date. It is delivered as a QR code by email and on the confirmation screen.
• Each ticket's QR code is valid for a single entry. Duplicating, copying, or reselling a ticket may invalidate it — the first scan wins.
• Keep your QR code private. We are not responsible for tickets that are screenshotted, forwarded, or stolen.

Pricing & fees

Ticket prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. A non-refundable service fee may be added to each ticket and is displayed in your total before you pay.

Refunds

All sales are final. If the event is cancelled, the face value of your ticket will be refunded; service fees are non-refundable. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date. Refund requests for other reasons are at the organizer's discretion and may not be granted.

Entry & conduct

• We may require a valid government ID and may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
• Prohibited items, age restrictions, and re-entry rules will be posted at the venue and must be followed.
• By attending, you consent to reasonable security screening.

Photography & likeness

The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant us the right to use images and recordings that may include you for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Changes to the event

Lineup, schedule, and venue details are subject to change. The event proceeds rain or shine unless we announce otherwise. Artist substitutions are not grounds for a refund.

Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Attendance is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your ticket or attendance is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
